An Important Sense of Community
Founded in 1963, Exchange National Bank is now the only locally
owned and managed independent commercial bank based in Moore. With a
majority of the Board of Directors and staff residing in the greater
Moore area, the Bank is truly an integral part of the community. Our
commitment to Moore is demonstrated by our active support of local
endeavors including the Moore Chamber of Commerce and the Moore Public
Schools. Also, all Board members and Officers participate with many
nonprofit organizations and service clubs.
Community Involvement is very important in creating an atmosphere
where the “person” is really the most important part of personalized
banking. Quite simply, knowing Moore helps us to know you. It enables
us to understand your needs and how your success can translate into
success for our community. The Bank’s Officers are empowered and
encouraged to make quick credit decisions. Relationship rather than
transaction driven, they are able to establish trust and confidence
with you, their customer.
A Business Built on Performance, Based on People
To many, the banking business is only about financing and managing
money. But at Exchange National Bank, it is more than that. It’s about
helping relationships to grow and flourish. The Bank was established
specifically to provide personalized, relationship banking.
In today’s world of giant mergers and multinational financial
institutions, the idea of service is often a courtesy phone. To
Exchange National Bank, courtesy begins with each of our employees. We
believe in eye-to-eye contact, person-to-person communication, and
quick but well thought out responses.
Understanding that a community bank’s primary role is to help
finance the local economy, Exchange National Bank is a cautiously
aggressive lender. Evidence continually appears in various bank rating
reports which show the Bank carrying high rankings while maintaining
excellent asset quality.
From One Business to Another
Exchange National Bank, as a local community bank, actively courts
small to large size businesses. These include light manufacturing, law
firms, retail establishments, service industries, and businesses
related to the medical field. Providing equipment financing, working
capital lines of credit and a variety of other products and services
that growing companies require, the Bank truly acts as a financial
advisor.
Very much like its clients, Exchange National Bank must control
expenses and overhead and therefore has a very good understanding of
the challenges faced by all sizes of businesses. Working primarily
with privately held companies, we realize the importance of getting to
know each individual; each business; each professional; each customer,
all of who are unique. Each business or individual client is referred
to a Personal Banker who often has some specific knowledge and
experience in the client’s particular industry, and, most importantly,
understands the need for a quick response to requests.
Our Personal Touch, Your Competitive Edge
Personal contact is the very heart of Exchange National Bank's
success. Members of our Board of Directors have a successful track
record not only in business, but also in their professional and
personal relationships.
That common thread of mutual cooperation runs through the entire
operation at Exchange National Bank. We invite you to experience it
for yourself. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to discover you have more
than just a bank--YOU have a lasting relationship.
